| As an important administrative law enforcement department of the g overnment,tax authorities have an important impact on the development of social economy and national construction.Under the new public servic e theory,the tax departments should take active measures to improve the t ax service,enhance the tax system identity of taxpayers,the sense of fairn ess in tax payment according to law,the sense of unimpeded tax channels,the sense of convenience in tax declaration and payment,and the sense o f tax compliance.With the further promotion of serving the people from t he basic requirements of the whole party to the code of conduct of all stat e organs,the awareness of taxpayers to safeguard their own rights has bee n enhanced,and the tax authorities must constantly improve the quality of tax service to meet the needs of the majority of taxpayers.In this context,this paper analyzes and discusses the satisfaction of taxpayers in LM Dist rict,Luzhou City,starting from the basic level of tax services.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis,question naire survey and statistical analysis.Based on the theories of domestic an d foreign tax service and tax satisfaction,public management,public fina nce and other relevant theories,taking the satisfaction of the taxpayers in LM District of Luzhou City as the starting point of the study,combining t he situation of LM district tax bureau and the current situation of tax servi ce of tax service office,it fully considers the tax service measures and tax services Based on the relationship and influence of service satisfaction,a questionnaire was designed to collect and analyze the data of taxpayers’ e valuation of tax service of LM tax bureau.Through the above research,we can get the hope and tax demands o f the taxpayers for the tax work,and analyze the reasons for the low satisf action of the taxpayers,such as the backward tax service concept,the low professional level of the staff,the inadequate tax policy publicity,and the low level of information technology.Finally,the paper puts forward coun termeasures and suggestions from seven aspects: first,to improve the eval uation index system of tax service;second,to promote the professional m anagement of tax personnel;third,to optimize the tax business process;fo urth,to strengthen the guidance of tax policies;fifth,to improve the mech anism of complaints,rewards and punishments;sixth,to innovate informa tion management services;seventh,to attach importance to the supervisio n and education of clean government.This paper analyzes the taxpayers’ satisfaction with the tax service of LM district tax bureau from many aspects,hoping to provide reference fo r the policy-making of LM district to optimize the tax business environme nt and enhance the taxpayers’ sense of gain. |
