Research On The Countermeasures To Improve The Satisfaction Of The Administrative Comprehensive Service Center Of Villages And Towns In Z County

Under the background of the new era,with the gradual deepening of the reform of the administrative management system and the implementation of e-government,the administrative service center should be carried out,which is based on the new public service theory and service-oriented government theory.It is an important carrier to promote the transformation of government functions,improve the relationship between politics and society.At present,most provinces,cities,counties and even townships across the country have established administrative service centers at different levels,and Z County has also established a township administrative comprehensive service center in 2020.With the continuous promotion of the construction of a service-oriented government,the township administrative comprehensive service center,as an one-stop service platform facing the grass-roots people,is playing a more and more important role.However,the development and construction of administrative service centers across the country has just improved a little.In such an environment,Z county township administrative comprehensive service center started late and is bound to face many problems in the process of development.Therefore,it is very important to promote the construction and development of township administrative integrated service center and enhance the service level,so as to enhance the satisfaction of the masses to the grass-roots services of the service centers.In this paper,through the study of the development status and satisfaction survey of the township administrative comprehensive service center in Z County,it is found that at present,there are many problems in township administrative integrated service centers,such as imperfect infrastructure,service process needs to be improved,service quality needs to be improved,low online business rate,few complaint and supervision channels,staff absence and so on,which affect the satisfaction of the masses in handling business.The main reasons for these problems are lack of financial investment.Lack of process matching mechanism,lack of coordination among departments,separate ways of network examination and approval,supervision mechanism is not sound,and lack of reasonable arrangements for personnel.This paper takes Z county township administrative comprehensive service center as the investigation object,through the methods of literature inquiry,questionnaire and interview method,this paper probes into the factors that affect the service satisfaction of Z county township administrative comprehensive service center from different aspects such as its development status,organization setup,personnel management,service process and so on,combined with the current situation of Z County Administrative Service Center,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as how to improve the service quality of township administrative comprehensive service center better and faster,including increase financial investment,standardized construction,improving the examination and approval process,improving the service level,promoting the construction of "the Internet +" government services,optimizing the supervision mechanism,and so on.It can not only enhance the county competitiveness of Z County,but also sum up experience to provide some theoretical basis and reference for other districts and counties.
