| Frequent corporate scandal broke into the public eye in recent years,how to build and maintain good team moral environment causing concern,in the field of organizational behavior scholars have called for the enterprise attaches great importance to the management of moral issues,moral is an important topic for the current organizational behavior.Modern enterprise increasingly fierce competition,enterprises improve ability is very important to face the challenges of the internal and external,which not only change the transformation from the macroscopic organization level strategic planning,notice the constructive transformational behavior microcosmic individual level.Therefore,the research on the influencing factors of employees’ extra-role behavior is the focus of the field of organizational behavior with important practical significance.However,for many years,scholars have studied the relationship between morality and behavior,mainly focusing on how moral leadership promotes the positive behavior of subordinates and restrains the immoral behavior,but neglects the non-negligible effect of other members’ morality on the attitude and behavior of employees in a flat team.Thus,this study makes reference to the ownership of collective psychological ownership and moral meaning of the concept of the ownership of collective moral,further research team formed by the team members’ moral psychological level of moral environment impact on employee behavior mechanism,and think that the team the result of the influence of moral environment is not only confined to the moral attitude and behavior,it can also through the environment to interact with the individual the information processing in the process of active liability behavior of employees.In addition,in Chinese context,‘face awareness’ is strong,and the individual’s concern for reputation is obvious.Based on the perspective of moderating focus,we introduced reputation maintenance concern as moderating variable to explore the effect of reputation maintenance concerns on self-efficacy and taking charge behavior.Based on the literature review of collective moral ownership,perception of responsibility,taking charge behavior and reputation maintenance concerns,this study deduces the relationship between variables based on social information processing theory and regulatory focus theory.The empirical research of this paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey and takes team members as the research object.A total of 65 teams and 329 valid questionnaires are collected.The cross-level direct and indirect effects of the study were verified by the macro plugin of MLmed of SPSS26.0,and the moderating effect of reputation maintenance concerns was verified by hierarchical regression analysis.The results of this study are as follows:(1)Collective moral ownership has a significant positive impact on the taking charge behavior of employees.(2)Felt obligation plays a mediating role in the relationship between collective moral ownership and employees’ taking charge behavior.(3)Reputation maintenance concerns have a negative moderating effect on the relationship between felt obligation and taking charge behavior.Specifically,the higher the degree of reputation maintenance concerns,the weaker the positive effect of felt obligation on taking charge behavior,on the contrary,the stronger the positive effect.From the perspective of social information processing,this study reveals the gap of research on the relationship between collective moral ownership and taking charge behavior and explores the moderating role of individual reputation maintenance concerns from the perspective of moderating focus.Different from the previous research on leadership ethics,this study puts forward that the moral environment created by team members should be emphasized,and at the same time,it also provides some useful suggestions for team management.Finally,this paper points out the limitations of the research process,and puts forward some suggestions for future research prospects. |
