Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Health Care Cultural Town In Xinfeng Town,Zhejiang Province

The report of the 19 th National C ongress of the Communist P arty of China proposed,and In 2020,the National T wo Sessions report,successively emphasized "strengthening the protection and utilization of cultural relics and the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage" 、 “strengthening the protection and utilization of cultural relics and the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage”.Co-construction,co-governance and shared social governance model and cultural resources protection and inheritance have become one of the frontier topics of current public m anagement theory research.Since Z hejiang Province took the lead in piloting the first batch of characteristic towns in 2014,the construction of characteristic towns has been in full swing throughout the province,and people have gradually realized that the cultivation and construction of characteristic towns is a p ositive way of revitalizing emerging villages.significance.Whether users of characteristic towns or builders of characteristic towns,th ey should p ay attention to the characteris tic positioning of characteristic towns when preparing for the experience or construction of characteristic towns.In terms of building characteristic towns,Zhejiang Province has continued to innovate and explore.Its successful experien ce is worth learning from other regions.However,it is undeniable that there are still some practical problems in the construction of characteristic towns.Based on this,this article chooses to take Xinfeng Town,Nanhu District,Jiaxing City,Zhejiang Province as an example,and it is of great significance to study the cultivation of characteristic towns from a cultural perspective.Based on the cultu ral perspective,this a rticle starts with the ana lysis of the theoretical basis of characteristic towns industrial cl usters.It takes Xinfeng T own,Nanhu District,Jiaxing C ity,Zhejiang Province as an example,and com bines the unique health-preserving cultural resources of Xinfeng Town.The construction status of characteristic towns is studied,and the m ain conditions of Xinfeng health cultural town construction are summ arized on the ba sis of the basic conditions of Xinfeng Town,the cultivation measures of characteristic towns of Xinfeng Town,and the effectiveness of the cultivation of characteristic towns of Xinfeng Town.There are problems: one is the unclear positioning of the characteristics of characteristic towns;the other is the insufficient development of cultural resources for health preservation;the third is that the cultural characteristics of health preservation are not outstanding.The reasons are mainly reflected in administrative thinking,weak awareness of sharing,and lack of courage.Based on the experience the constr uction of characteristic tow ns,such as Shenzheng,Dasi,Hakone,etc.,this article proposes perf ect measures from focusing on planning guidance,strengthening integr ated development,and digging into the cultural connotation of health preservation.This article is innovative in the research perspective,and the research conclusions can provide reference value for the cultivation and development of characteristic towns in other regions.
