Research On The Optimization Of Government Management In The Process Of Smart City Construction

Using information technology and urban management to build a smart city,it can greatly improve the work efficiency of the government,and provide more quality public services for the majority of public enterprises.Smart city will become the direction of urban management development in the future.H city is not only an important window for China to display the achievements of smart city construction,but also an excellent representative of smart city management in China.Therefore,we take H city as the research object to study the optimization of government management in the construction of smart city.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for other cities to carry out smart city management,and improve the public service level of H city government..We use the new public service theory and IT governance theory,combined with the current situation of government management in the construction of smart city in H City,analyze the deficiencies in the government management of H City,and propose solutions to the existing problems.The results show that: H city pursues the urban management concept of multi subject co governance,and has formed a relatively perfect public service system including smart urban management,smart transportation,smart environmental protection and smart medical care in the construction of smart city.H city also established the work flow of classification processing and department linkage.These are the important achievements made by H City in the construction of smart city.However,there are many deficiencies in the smart city management of H city government,including the unscientific setting of government institutions,weak public participation,too many customer service terminals,lack of benefit projects and insufficient risk management of smart city.In this regard,we put forward feasible suggestions,which can further optimize the construction and management practice of Hangzhou smart city,and improve the public service efficiency of the government.
