Vietnam’s Socialist Theory Of "Innovation And Opening Up" Research And Practice

Vietnam is one of the few socialist countries in the world.Throughout the development trend of Vietnam,there are many similarities with the social development of China.In the early stage of Vietnam’s socialist construction,due to the complex influence of various factors at home and abroad,a highly centralized political and economic system was formed,which brought Vietnam into a rigid development mode.Serious problems appeared in both the political and economic fields.The economic and social development almost stagnated,and the democratization road of Vietnam seemed to be pressed the "pause key".In order to get rid of the crisis,the leaders of the Communist Party of Vietnam are determined to change and absorb the experience of China’s reform and opening up,coupled with the positive promotion of the Vietnamese people,which opened the historical curtain of Vietnam’s "reform and opening up".The convening of the Sixth National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam in 1986 marked the full development of Vietnam’s "reform and opening up".This conference is of great significance and has brought Vietnam’s society into a new period of historical development.Vietnam’s socialist "reform and opening-up" is guided by Marxist theory and based on Vietnam’s actual national conditions,it puts forward a series of theories and actively carries out practical exploration.From the theoretical level,Vietnam has established a democratic and civilized socialist society with economic construction as the innovation focus,political democracy as the innovation goal,and cultural innovation as the goal orientation.This is the theoretical basis of Vietnam’s socialist "reform and opening up".From the basic content,the Communist Party of Vietnam has implemented a series of specific reform measures in the economic field: establishing the dominant position of the market economy,reforming the ownership structure,and promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises,so as to stimulate the vitality of economic development.In the political field,the focus of reform is to solve the problem of high concentration of political power,and constantly promote the process of political democratization by reforming the parliamentary system and trying to achieve judicial independence.Vietnam has also adopted a number of "vigorous" reforms to actively push Vietnam’s politics,economy and culture onto the track of rapid development and strive to build a socialist society with rich people,strong country,democracy,fairness and civilization.After more than 30 years of "reform and opening up",Vietnam has made great achievements in building socialism and strengthening the socialist road.In recent years,Vietnam’s economic growth has been steady,its comprehensive national strength has been continuously improved,and its people’s living standards have been improved.The spring breeze of Vietnam’s innovation is blowing all over the country,and the people also enjoy the benefits of innovation.In the process of Vietnam’s innovation practice,some thorny problems have emerged,such as corruption and inflation.These problems are always accompanied by the process of innovation,and there are still many shortcomings to overcome.The research on the achievements and specific problems of innovation is not only helpful for China to formulate a practical foreign policy towards Vietnam,but also has a certain reference for the choice of specific measures of reform and opening up in China.
