| With the booming development of China’s economy,the number of national motor vehicles has increased year by year in recent years,and road traffic has continued to grow rapidly.These complex external conditions have brought challenges to road traffic safety.When various traffic safety risk factors are interwoven and superimposed,the task of preventing traffic accidents appears arduous and burdensome.Every year,the number of deaths caused by traffic accidents in China remains high in the world.Therefore,finding the rules of road traffic accidents,exploring the causes and characteristics of road traffic accidents,and establishing a scientific and reasonable road traffic accident risk index system have always been the issues discussed by the academic community.This article collected the investigation reports of 95 heavy road traffic accidents and 218 general and large road traffic accidents from 2010-2018 from the website of the former production safety supervision and management department.First of all,based on the data information extracted from road traffic accidents,the characteristics of road traffic accidents are analyzed in a hierarchical manner,which mainly includes the distribution of accident patterns,driver characteristics,road environment characteristics,vehicle characteristics analysis,and management characteristics.Then,based on the determination of the cause of the accident,a social network analysis method that has significant advantages in relationship analysis is used to construct a network of related causes of road traffic accidents at a hierarchical level,analyze the key causes that have a greater impact on the accident,and find out the ones that are likely to cause the accident.The two-cause combination scenario and the multi-cause aggregation subgroup are used to analyze the relationship between the causes from multiple perspectives.Then,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the causes,the risk indicator systems for general,large,and heavy road traffic accidents were constructed,and the scientific analysis of the established indicator system was demonstrated with an example analysis,which pointed out the direction for the targeted investigation of hidden dangers of accidents.Finally,the two index systems are analyzed for similarity and difference.The results show that in the established general,large and heavy road traffic accident risk indicator systems,16 indicators are exactly the same,8 indicators only appear in the heavy road traffic accident risk indicator systems,and 5 indicators only Appears in the general and large road accident risk index system.Compared with the general and larger road traffic accident risk index system,the importance of management indicators in the heavy road traffic accident risk indicator system has increased,and the importance of human-related indicators has decreased,which provides a management of ideas. |
