Study On The Establishment And Significance Of Northeast Base Area

During the War of Liberation,with the joint efforts of the Communist Party of China and all the military and civilian people in the Northeast,the Northeast was liberated and the Northeast base area was successfully established.The establishment of northeast base areas has greatly promoted the victory of the national liberation war and provided experience and reference for the establishment of base areas in other liberated areas of the country.It is not only helpful for us to understand and understand the history of the Northeast Liberation War and the history of the Communist Party of China,but also to provide enlightenment for the prosperity and development of the Northeast region in the new era.After the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan,the strategic position of the Northeast region was highlighted,and the Kuomintang and the Communist Party stepped up their struggle for the Northeast.On the one hand,the Communist Party of China,with the help of the Northeast Anti-Japanese Union,entered the Northeast before the Kuomintang.On the other hand,the United States helped the Kuomintang to expand its arms and equipment to the northeast.The United States’ strong support for the Kuomintang’s move to the northeast seriously shook the Soviet Union’s position in the northeast and threatened the interests of the Soviet Union in the northeast.The Communist Party of China has devised strategies,made full use of the contradictions between the United States and the Soviet Union,accurately formulated strategic principles,sent a large number of troops and cadres into the Northeast,and competed with the Kuomintang military for the Northeast.Under the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China and the joint efforts of all the military and civilian personnel in the Northeast region,the whole territory of the Northeast was liberated,the northeast base areas were successfully established,stabilized and developed,and the Kuomintang regime completely disintegrated in the Northeast region.In the process of establishing the northeast base area,the Communist Party of China has accumulated rich experience.The establishment of northeast base area has very important political,economic,military and cultural significance.As a stable rear base of the national liberation war,the northeast base area has made great contributions to the victory of the national liberation war.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the situation of Northeast China after the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan,and analyzes the favorable conditions for the Communist Party of China to establish the Northeast Base area.The second part combs the process of establishing northeast base area in detail,mainly divided into three stages: initial establishment,basic completion and consolidation and development.It shows the glorious course of the successful establishment of the northeast base area.The third part summarizes the basic experience of establishing the northeast base area.The fourth part mainly expounds the significance of the establishment of northeast base areas from four aspects: political,economic,military and cultural.
