The Exploration Of Chinese Communist Party’s Labor Rule Of Law In One Hundred Years And Its Enlightenment

The Communist Party of China is the vanguard of the working class.Since its establishment,it has attached great importance to protecting the interests of workers.Since 1921,the Communist Party of China has formulated a large number of labor laws and labor policies by summing up its previous labor rule of law experience.It is worth noting that under different social development backgrounds,the experience that the Chinese Communist Party has learned and the exploration path of the construction of the labor rule of law system in my country are also different.The method of summing up experience is used to study the conflicts arising from the formulation and implementation of labor laws and regulations.And promotion is an important way to deepen our understanding of modern labor law,and it can also help us clarify the operating mode of labor law and its interaction with the laws of social development in the complex legal phenomena and social relations.From the perspective of the exploration of labor rule of law,this article studies the relevant labor laws and policy guidance formulated by the Communist Party of China since its establishment,as well as the summary of labor rule of law experience in a specific social background and its enlightenment to the future of labor rule of law.The full text is divided into three parts.The first part introduces the relevant historical background and main guiding ideology of the Chinese Communist Party’s labor rule of law during the New Democratic Revolution period,the general situation of the labor rule of law,and the role of specific propaganda and agitation in the early stage of the construction of the labor rule of law.The important role of trade unions in the period of the New Democratic Revolution and the clarification of the important role of the healthy development of labor-management relations in the labor law to protect the legal rights and interests of labor in the exploration of labor law;the second part elaborates the main aspects of labor law in the period of socialist revolution and construction The content and related guiding ideology,and analyzes the changes in the concept of labor rule of law due to changes in the social background and the implication of the internal law between social development and the construction of labor rule of law on the current labor rule of law;the third part analyzes the reform and opening up and The main content of the Communist Party of China’s labor rule of law and related guiding ideology during the construction of socialism analyzes the importance of the construction of the framework of the rule of law model of labor relations in the context of the gradual complexity of the social background and the diversification of labor relations.And in the context of marketization and globalization,the labor rule of law system not only requires attention to the interests of multiple parties involved in labor relations,but also emphasizes the construction of a labor rule of law system with Chinese characteristics to promote the formation of harmonious and stable labor relations.
