Research On Government Behavior In The Development Of Red Tourism In Yan’an City

Red tourism is a characteristic of China.It integrates revolutionary education with tourism industry.Revolutionary symbols and monuments are the carriers.Revolutionary history,revolutionary deeds and revolutionary spirit are the connotations.Tourists receive red cultural education through sightseeing,and their spirit is sublimated.As an old revolutionary base in China,Yan’an City has excellent red tourism resources.In recent years,with the continuous development of Yan’an economy,red tourism projects in Yan’an City are also in full swing.This year is the beginning of the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" year.In order to promote the rapid development of red tourism in Yan’an,this paper takes the government behavior in the development of red tourism in Yan’an as the research object,first introduces the relevant domestic and foreign literature of government behavior in red tourism,and then defines the related concepts of red tourism and government behavior,and focuses on the public product theory,market failure theory and new public service theory.Then it introduces the current situation of red tourism development and government behavior in Yan’an City.Through questionnaires and interviews,it finds out the problems of Yan’an city government,such as single development mode,lack of scientific planning,lack of relevant talents,lack of supervision on the market,and finds out the reasons for the problems.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of red tourism in Yan’an City.
