Research On Social Governance In The 1960s Rectification Movement

From the founding of the People’s Republic of China to the reform and opening up,the basic clue of the Communist Party of China to social governance can be said to be“class struggle”,and the 1960 s rectification movement is an important link in this chain.Since 1958,the “Great Leap Forward” and the People’s Communization Movement were implemented nationwide.Due to the lack of theoretical knowledge and practical experience,many problems have arisen.The issue of the “Five Fears” represented by the“Communization” has spread,seriously dampening the communists’ enthusiasm for production and damaging the social productive forces in rural areas.To this end,under the arrangement of the Communist Party of China,local governments combined with the rectification of the Party and the rectification of the spirit,carried out a long-term and irregular rectification of the cooperatives and people’s communes.As a prefecture-level city in China,Baoji is also a practical ground for political campaigns.The Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government firmly support the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and implement the spirit and document requirements of the meetings of the CPC Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee.Among them,social governance runs through the whole process of the rectification movement and plays an important role in the whole movement.This paper uses the analysis research of archives to sum up,based on the characters of the rectification in the1960 s the whole club’s political movement,social governance as the main line,from the content of the main body of governance,content of governance,mode of governance and objectives of governance four aspects to make a study of this period of social governance from summarized the experiences and lessons of social governance in different ways,and put forward reasonable opinions and suggestions for the development of social governance in Baoji City in the new era,to further build a good social order in practice,to form an effective governance system,and to enhance the sense of gain,happiness and security of the people to provide useful reference.
