Research On The Disclosure Of Local Government Information In Accordance With Law

In recent years,with the rapid development of network technology,the value of information resources has become increasingly prominent,and government information,as an important social public resource,has received more and more attention and attention from all walks of life.As a basic obligation of contemporary government,the disclosure of government information can not only effectively protect the public’s right to know,but also promote government reform,help the government establish authority,and accelerate the pace of building a government under the rule of law.Beginning in the 1980 s,my country began the exploration of government information disclosure.After a series of research and academic discussions,it finally announced the implementation of the "Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information"(hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations")in May 2008,and ended the local government.The state of decentralized legislation.The Regulations were subsequently revised in May2019.The revised Regulations indicate that the Chinese government is improving relevant laws and regulations to obtain more transparent information.At the same time,the government is constantly enriching the ways and means of obtaining information and strengthening the implementation of the requirements of the "Regulations." This kind of gradual legislation has undoubtedly played a powerful role in my country’s political,economic and social development.However,the current government information disclosure still has many shortcomings,so it is imperative to establish a sound government information disclosure system.The T city government of Gansu province is selected as the research object in this article.City T is located in the southeastern part of Gansu Province,and its comprehensive strength ranks first in the province.Therefore,studying the government information disclosure of City T has certain reference significance for the province or other regions in western my country.The author studies the implementation of government information disclosure from a practical point of view.Mainly through online research,the seven district and county governments of T city were selected as the research objects,and the remarkable achievements and existing problems of the seven local governments of T city in the information disclosure work were further analyzed and summarized.These status quo and problems include not only the issues of public awareness,but also the issues of information public release.There are both active disclosure issues and application disclosure issues.Finally,following the basic ideas of discovering and solving problems,the article analyzes in-depth China started with the formation of the root causes of these problems.Based on the current basic national conditions and the actual work of information disclosure by local governments at all levels in City T as the main starting point,a series of problems in information disclosure by local governments at all levels in City T have been put forward.Corresponding opinions and suggestions for improvement.
