This article is based on the newly discovered Tibetan military legal document,and studies the content,form and characteristics of the document.works.The first chapter summarizes the new discoveries of Tibetan military law documents,the source,form and quantity of the basic contents of the documents,and the writing time of the documents,and compares them with related materials and puts forward my personal opinion.The second chapter is divided into five specific parts,which are divided into barracks and trophies,enemy military districts and fortresses,and specific contents of Joan and Coulon.Attach some keywords,analyze different explanations in the past and put forward my own opinions,and evaluate the general content of military legal documents.The third chapter summarizes the reward and punishment measures in the military legal document based on Dunhuang metirials,and evaluates some related cultural phenomena caused by this.The forth chapter aligns the grammatical features(such as vocabulary,capital letters,function words,heading symbols,periods,sentence symbols,etc.)that appear in this document,and compares them with the differences in current grammar.In addition to the value of the document,research was also carried out.In the appendix at the end of the article,some difficult words appearing in military legal documents are compared with the grammar and materials unearthed in Dunhuang.Secondly,the table lists the errors in the book "Newly Discovered Tibetan Military Legal Documents" edited and published by Professor Basang Wangdui,and makes a comparative analysis.
