The Study Of Xi Jinping’s Major Thoughts On The Work In Tibet

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Tibetan society has created new brilliance under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on Tibetan work.In this context,a systematic study of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on Tibetan work can enhance it’s pertinence and effectiveness,and stimulate the initiative to continue to do Tibetan work well in the new era.In this paper,guided by the marxism,The author adheres to the fundamental methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,firmly establishes the consciousness of the Chinese nation community,and adheres to the viewpoint that Tibet has been a part of China since ancient times,systematically combs the basis for the formation and development of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on Tibet’s work,and makes a comprehensive and in-depth historical investigation and theoretical analysis of the formation and development process,main contents,basic viewpoints,basic characteristics and great significance of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on Tibet work.This paper is composed of introduction,main body and concluding remarks.The introduction mainly includes the reasons and value for selecting the topic,the related concepts,the research status at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods,the research focus,difficulties and innovations.The main body is divided into three parts.Firstly,the basic basis and historical clues for the formation and development of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on Tibet’s work;secondly,the main contents and basic views of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on Tibet’s work;thirdly,the basic characteristics and significance of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on Tibet’s work.The first part contains the basic basis for the formation and development of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on Tibetan work,as well as the historical clues for its formation and development.Xi Jinping’s important exposition on Tibet’s work is based on the historical basis that Tibet has been a part of China since ancient times.It’s theoretical basis is the Marxist theory of ethnic group and religion and the Tibetan work thought of the Communist Party of China.The realistic basis is that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and the "Tibetan independence group in exile" has entered the "post-Dalai" period.The international struggle concerning Tibet is still complex,the situation of anti-secession struggle in Tibet is severe,the social situation in Tibet is"stable and changeable",the pressure of sustained and healthy development is great,and the Tibetan work of the Communist Party of China still has room for further improvement.The formation and development process of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on Tibet’s work can be divided into three stages:gestation and preliminary elucidation;formation and systematic exposition;development and complementary perfection.The second part mainly contains the basic contents and main views of Xi Jinping’s important work on Tibet.On the basis of a thorough summary of the CPC’s historical experience in Tibet,the Central Committee of the Party,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has put forward the "six necessities" strategy for Tibetan governance.On this basis,Xi Jinping objectively analyses the main and special contradictions existing in Tibetan society in the new era,and the relationship between the main and special contradictions and the overall situation of the Party and the state work in Tibet in the new era.The Central Committee of the Party,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has elevated the status of the Party’s work in Tibet to an unprecedented level,and has put forward an important strategy of "governing the country by governing the border,and stabilize Tibet before governing the border",promot "Maintaining the reunification of the motherland and strengthening national unity" to the focus of Tibet’s work in the new era,Enrich the starting point and foothold of Tibet’s economic and social development in the new era as "improving people’s livelihood and uniting people’s hearts".Xi Jinping systematically put forward the important principles of "administering Tibet according to law,enriching people and promoting Tibet,building Tibet for a long time,uniting people’s hearts and consolidating foundation".Focusing on the three major events of stability,development and ecology,and aiming at building a well-off Tibet in an all-round way,strengthening national unity,Tibetan Buddhism work,ideological security,building a beautiful Tibet and ensuring the Party’s overall leadership of Tibet work,the "road map" and "construction map" of Tibet’s key work in the new era are planned.The third part is mainly about the basic characteristics and significance of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on Tibet work.Xi Jinping’s important expositions on Tibet work are systematic and holistic in content elaboration,innovative in principle delimitation,realistic and strategic forward-looking,and universal in rule of law,spiritual and cultural,unified and integrated in policy requirements and grass-roots orientation.It’s significant significance mainly includes: first,enriching and developing the Marxist theory of ethnic group and religion;second,enriching and developing the thought of Tibetan work in the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics;third,providing a guide for action to promote long-term stability and long-term development of Tibet.In the conclusion,the author analyzes the objective situation of the party’s work in Tibet at present and in the future from the perspectives of "Tibetan independence group in exile",western anti-china forces and the communist party of China.First,the focus of the CPC’s work in Tibet is not abroad but at home.Solving the "hidden worries" in Tibetan work is the logical starting point for further improving the CPC’s Tibetan work.To continue to do well in Tibetan work in the new era,it is necessary to prevent the generalization of the consistency between Tibet and the Tibetan areas in the four provinces.Secondly,we should bear in mind the original intention and mission and take a good measure of specific policies.Third,we should create social conditions for multi-ethnic groups to live together,study together,work together and live in harmony.Fourthly,we should speed up guiding Tibetan Buddhism to adapt to the socialist society.
