| In recent years,social work has made great progress in China.The localization of social work is the direction of further exploration,which can ensure that social work takes root and germinates in China’s environmental system,the study of Social Work Value Ethics is one of the important dimensions of the study of social work localization,and the study of Social Work Value Ethics is of great significance to the promotion of social work localization and practical development.As a public welfare institution with Chinese characteristics,relief stations have both administrative and welfare features.At the same time,more and more relief stations provide opportunities for social work to intervene in temporary relief for vagrants by means of government purchase.The author observed in the work process,social workers in the service process of vagrants and beggars encountered a lot of ethical dilemmas,more typical significance is the double relationship ethical dilemma.Based on the research results of Chinese and Western scholars on the ethical dilemma of dual relationship,this paper takes the two practical dilemmas in the purchase of social worker services in L city relief management station as an example,by using the methods of interview,observation and literature,this paper makes an investigation on the status quo of the dual-relationship ethical dilemma in the field of temporary assistance.On this basis,the author summarizes and puts forward three main types of dual relations:instrumental dual relations,emotional dual relations and role dual relations.According to the status quo of social workers’ dual relationship ethical dilemma in the field of temporary assistance,this paper analyzes the causes of social workers’ individual ability,organization supervision and training,and social resources allocation from the perspectives of micro,medium and macro.It is found that the pluralism of values,the uncertainty of ethical choice situation and the limitation of social welfare resources are the reasons for the ethical dilemma of dual relations,which leads social workers into the dilemma of dual relations.It is found that the practical way to solve the ethical dilemma of dual relationship is to focus on the development of social work itself,using the basic ethical model of professional social work for reference.This paper advances the research process of solving the dilemma of social work from three aspects: first,to strengthen the education and training of social workers,to enhance the sensitivity and ability of dual relationship;Third,to promote the development of social work practice and the formulation of local codes of ethics. |
