| Labor relationship is one of the most basic relationships in society,and harmonious labor relationship is conducive to social development,and also can lay the foundation for building a harmonious society.In recent years,China attaches great importance to the construction of harmonious labor relations,emphasizing that trade unions should play a greater role in coordinating labor relations,better represent the interests of workers,negotiate with enterprises,and ensure social stability and harmony.At present,XX City is in the period of economic transformation.For the Federation of trade unions of XX City,only by effectively grasping the changes and characteristics of labor relations in enterprises,can we effectively solve the problem of internal labor relations disharmony,effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees,and promote the construction of harmonious labor relations.Taking XX City Federation of trade unions as an example,this paper studies the role of XX City Federation of trade unions in building harmonious labor relations by using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis.First of all,with the help of How Net,library and other channels,this paper summarizes the relevant research conclusions of the trade union to promote the construction of harmonious labor relations,and expounds in detail the new public service theory,fairness theory and collaborative governance theory involved in the trade union to promote harmonious labor relations.Secondly,based on the current basic situation and work development of XX City Federation of trade unions,using the questionnaire method,through random interviews of employees in XX City,the basic information such as age,industry,gender of the interviewees is obtained,and the harmonious labor relations and other issues are designed,and data collection and analysis are carried out.Through data collection and questionnaire survey,this paper makes a systematic analysis and in-depth study on some problems existing in the construction of harmonious and stable labor relations of XX City Federation of trade unions from the aspects of less participation in grass-roots activities,no weak role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees,insufficient supervision and management ability,and single form of education and guidance.Through the analysis,the main reasons for the above problems are the lack of rigidity of supervision and rights protection functions given by law,the lack of linkage and long-term mechanism of trade union’s public service ability,the restriction and coordination of trade union’s own ability,and the lack of awareness of trade union’s participation in social cooperation.Finally,from the aspects of coordinating the support of the party and government departments for the work of the trade union,promoting the innovation of the work mechanism of the Federation of trade unions,strengthening the establishment of harmonious labor relations,improving infrastructure construction,maintaining the harmony and stability of the workforce,and combining with the actual situation of the region,giving play to the role of education and guidance,This paper puts forward targeted suggestions and operational strategies for XX City Federation of trade unions to build harmonious and stable labor relations.This paper discusses the Countermeasures of XX City Federation of trade unions to participate in the construction of harmonious labor relations,in order to further play and improve the functions of XX City Federation of trade unions,and then provide reference for promoting the development of harmonious labor relations in XX City. |
