Labor is a very important resource of production, Labor relations is a sensitivetopic in China. Not only the allocation of labor resource,but also the Industrialstructure、age structure, Chinese labor market all in the transformation period. In therecent20years, labor relations and labor dispute cases are rising rapidly in China,group events present concentrated outbreak trend, which is so difficult to quell. Thoselabor disputes incidents Caused labor relations also will take seriously affect tonormal production activities of enterprises and disrupt the normal social order.Chinese labor resource is out of a state of oversupply, it is so important thatworkers join trade union organizations to protecting their own rights and interests,which can make great contribution for the settlement of labor disputes; entrepreneursestablish their own associations when they come into contact with the government,which can improve the efficiency of solving labor disputes and avoid corrupting ofgovernment. Establishing and perfecting the balance and concert mechanism betweenemployers and employees are very important for establishing socialist marketeconomy system in China. If both parties want to ask the government for settlements,there will be so many problems.With the reform are deepening increases in China’s economic system, we shouldattach enough importance to the function of collective consultation mechanism.Western countries had established perfect regime of law to improve their workingconditions, the adjustment of labor relations, and the protection of the rights andinterests of workers and accumulated a lot of experience. China is in a critical periodof economic restructuring, could not follow the tracks of developed capitalistcountries’ violent conflicts. Therefore, to study and learn from the valuable experiencecan make great contributions for perfecting our collective bargaining mechanism andconstructing the harmonious labor relations.
