Research On The Role Of Party Building In The Development Of X State Owned Enterprises

State owned enterprises are the important material and political foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics.They occupy a major position in some basic industries such as people’s livelihood guarantee,transportation,science and technology,and national defense.They are also the foundation to promote national construction and protect people’s interests.State owned enterprises not only occupy a major position in China’s economic development,but also an important force to promote China’s development in all aspects.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has started the supply side structural reform.Based on this,we need to carry out the work of guiding economic development with new ideas and striving for progress in stability.During this period,state-owned enterprises also need to follow the national development and reform the system and mechanism,adjust the internal supply and demand,and change the business philosophy.In this critical period,we need to give play to China’s unique political foundation and strengthen the party’s leadership,Adhere to the work of Party building,give full play to the role of political core,major decision-making,supervision and management,give full play to the role of Party building to ensure the general direction of the development of state-owned enterprises,and embed the party organization into the corporate governance structure.This paper studies the role of Party building in the development of X state-owned enterprises.Through literature research,it combs the status of domestic state-owned enterprises in China’s economic development,and the role of Party building in the development of state-owned enterprises.Through the method of empirical research,combined with the analysis of the current situation of the party construction work in X state-owned enterprise,this paper e Xpounds some problems e Xisting in the political thought,organization construction,system implementation and style construction,and analyzes the reasons,so as to put forward some suggestions,such as strengthening the political determination,consolidating the foundation of the party organization,implementing the inner-party system,strengthening the party’s leadership,strengthening the party’s leadership,and strengthening the party’s leadership Strengthen the construction of work style and other corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Starting from the reality,the party’s leadership advantage will be transformed into the advantage of the development of state-owned enterprises,so as to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of state-owned enterprises and realize the value maintenance and appreciation of state-owned assets.
