| Objective:The current police traditional physical training theories and methods have been difficult to adapt to the practical needs of modern police force law enforcement.Through randomized controlled experiments, this study conducted 8 weeks of integrated neuromuscular training (INT,Integrative Neuromuscular Training) on trained SWAT members.Explore the impact of INT on the core physical fitness of police force use compared with traditional physical training. The research hypothesizes that INT can effectively improve the basic physical fitness(strength, speed, agility, dynamic balance and endurance quality) and special physical fitness (the ability of unarmed fall control, truncheon hitting, and quick pistol shooting ability) for police use of force.Method: Twenty special police team members were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 10 people in each group. The experimental group completed 8consecutive weeks of integrated neuromuscular training, and the control group completed traditional physical training. Before and after the experiment, the two groups of trainees were subjected to in-situ vertical jump touch high,CMJ (reverse vertical jump),vertical jump explosive power,SJ(squat jump),30-meter sprint,4*10-meter turnback, and T-test Sensitive running,1000-meter running, dynamic balance ability and other basic physical fitness indicators, and special physical fitness indicators such as 60-second unarmed fall control,20-second baton hit,15-second quick pistol shooting, etc. The pre-and post-test results within the group were analyzed by paired-sample t-test and independent-sample t-test between groups.Result: In terms of basic physical fitness, the experimental group special police members’ vertical jump touch height,CMJ height, vertical jump explosive power,30-meter sprint run,4*10-meter reentry run,and T-test agility run were all significantly improved (P<0.01),there was a significant increase in SJ height (P<0.05),the total stability parameters and total standard deviation of dynamic balance ability were significantly improved (P<0.05),and the control group only had a significant improvement in the 4*10 meter reentry run Increase, and there is no significant change in other indicators. The training effect of the experimental group is significantly different than that of the control group. There was no significant change in the two groups in the 1000-meter race.In terms of special physical fitness, the experimental group has a very significant improvement in the ability to control the 60-second unarmed fall and the 20-second baton hitting ability (P<0.01).The number of rapid shots on the target and the total number of rapid shots are significant.Improvement (P<0.05);in the control group, except for the 60-second unarmed fall control, there was no significant change, the other three groups also showed significant improvement, but the effect size was significantly lower than that of the experimental group(truncheon hit CG 0.81<RG 1.06,on target The number of CG0.72 <EG 1.09,the total number of loops CG 0.62 <EG 0.91).Conclusion: INT (Integrated Neuromuscular Training) can significantly improve the core physical fitness of the police in the use of force compared with the traditional physical training of the police. |
