At present our country is in the social transformation and economic transition period,uneven distribution of social benefits,employment difficulties and other problems make criminal cases in recent training institutions;most coaches are not qualified practitioners;coaches occupation to keep training effect of stability has played a positive role in promoting;in addition the majority of coaches(17 people).
