A Study On The Experience Of Guiyang To Consolidate The Consciousness Of Chinese National Community

The sense of community of the Chinese nation is the foundation of national security and stability,the foundation of ethnic unity.Meanwhile it is also the soul of spiritual strengthand an important driving force for high-quality development.Casting a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation is the main line of our national work in the new era,which runs through the whole process of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Guiyang is the capital of Guizhou Province,where many ethnic groups live together.In the past,Guiyang attracted favorable factors from all over the world and united the positive forces of all ethnic groups with an inclusive and open mind.Guiyang municipal party committee and government attach great importance to ethnic work,carried out extensive and profound national unity progress creatation work.They are always put the national unity as a fundamental to the stability of the municipal development and reform work to grasp.Under the leadership of the CPC Municipal Committee and the municipal government,an ethnic work pattern has been formed in which government departments take the initiative,society works together,and all parties interact with each other to jointly manage ethnic affairs.The cause of ethnic unity and progress has been progressing day by day,and the sense of community of the Chinese nation has been significantly enhanced.Therefore,Guiyang has formed unique experience in actual work.First one is objectively understand the situation of the city,take the initiative to judge the study,and build a harmonious ethnic relationship;Secondly,we should adhere to the principle of equality and take multiple measures to share the benefits of development.The third one is to enhance the five identities,consolidate the power and promote the common prosperity of all ethnic groups;Fourth is handle affairs in accordance with the law,properly resolve,and effectively reduce the difficulties of the people;Fifth,we should consolidate the united front and enhance the happiness of all ethnic groups in every detail.Sixth,we have established and improved mechanisms for high-level planning and unblocked channels of communication among all ethnic groups.The internal mechanism of these six basic experiences is harmonious and unified,which jointly confirms the achievements of national work in Guiyang,and jointly interprets the evolution of Guiyang’s consciousness of forging a strong Chinese national community,thus forming the unique "Guiyang Experience".The first part of this paper starts from the reason of the topic,to discusses the value of the article and to research ideas and methods.At the same time,this paragraph defines the relevant concepts and summarizes the current academic research on related issues.The second part discusses the practice and development of Guiyang’s consciousness of forming a strong Chinese national community.From the perspective of historical depth,it discusses the general situation of Guiyang’s national development,as well as the evolution of Guiyang’s national work,and summarizes the historical basis and practical connotation of Guiyang’s consciousness of forming a strong Chinese national community.The third part is to refine and analyze the practical characteristics of Guiyang’s consciousness of consolidating the Chinese nation community,so as to prepare for the practice of highly refining the experience of Guiyang’s consciousness of consolidating the Chinese nation community.The fourth part is the core content of this paper,that is,the "Guiyang experience" refining and summary,after a comprehensive summary of the six basic Guiyang experience.The fifth part,based on the Marxist theory of nationality,elevates Guiyang experience to a holistic expression of "Guiyang experience" from interaction theory,system theory and identity theory.This paper holds that the holism expression of "Guiyang experience" is consistent with the image theory expression of "Sansheng",which shows the vigorous development trend and the prosperous future trend of Guiyang’s consciousness of the Chinese nation community.
