| At present,facing the severe challenges of the world’s "unprecedented great changes" and the repeated attempts of Western anti China forces to "control China through Xinjiang",fully leveraging the special advantages of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and further strengthening the awareness of the Chinese national community in Xinjiang is not only a necessary requirement for implementing the Party’s Xinjiang governance strategy in the new era,but also an inevitable choice to effectively respond to various complex changes and accelerate the realization of the overall goal of Xinjiang work.Reclaiming and guarding the border is an ancient strategy for governing,stabilizing,and revitalizing Xinjiang,as well as an important strategic policy for continuously strengthening the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community.Throughout history,the strategy of cultivating and guarding the border has not only greatly promoted the extensive political,economic,technological,and cultural exchanges between the Central Plains region and the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang,but also effectively promoted the development and progress of Xinjiang.At the same time,it has also contributed to the formation and consolidation of the Chinese national community consciousness.After the establishment of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,it took on the historical responsibility of guarding,defending,and developing the construction of the border,and was the core force that continuously strengthened the sense of Chinese national community in the past.Over the past 60 years,under the strong leadership of the Party,the Corps has fully unleashed its special advantages and development vitality,from assuming the role of "Production team,working team and combat team",to playing the core role of stabilizing Xinjiang,to playing the role of "model of production and construction,stability and unity,national unity,and model of stabilizing Xinjiang and consolidating border defense",to playing the three major roles of "mainstay,construction army,and iron bastion",In addition to playing the three major functions of "stabilizer,melting pot,and demonstration zone" and the four major roles of "adjusting social structure,promoting cultural exchange,promoting regional coordination,and optimizing population resources",the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps not only played an important role in stabilizing,building,and revitalizing Xinjiang,but also set an example in this process,working together with people of all ethnic groups to dedicate their sweat,blood,and even their lives to border development,economic construction,and social progress Border security and the maintenance of national unity have made immortal historical contributions to continuously solidifying the consciousness of the Chinese national community.In this regard,this study uses literature research methods,interdisciplinary research methods,and multi-level research methods to study the historical contributions made by the Corps in strengthening the awareness of the Chinese national community.The full text is divided into six parts.The first chapter introduces the following main text by summarizing the current research status at home and abroad.The main content of Chapter 2 is the generation logic and significant significance of strengthening the consciousness of the Chinese national community.The third chapter focuses on the efforts made by the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps to strengthen the sense of Chinese national community during the socialist revolution and construction period.Chapter 4 emphasizes the new era of reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction,in which the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps has forged a strong sense of Chinese national community in three aspects: social development,economic reform,and military land integration.The fifth chapter studies the tremendous efforts made by the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics to strengthen the awareness of the Chinese national community.Finally,in Chapter 6 of this study,based on the successful experience and significant historical contributions of the Corps in strengthening the awareness of the Chinese national community,it is proposed to accelerate the Corps’ deepening reform and southward development during the historical intersection period of the "two centenary" goals,and innovate ways and means to further strengthen the awareness of the Chinese national community,and to draw inspiration and countermeasures. |
