Since the reform and opening up,Jiangsu’s economy and society have developed rapidly,and the development zone has become an important part of Jiangsu’s administrative body and the main position of economic development.The ability and quality of the leading group members of the Management Committee of Jiangsu Economic Development Zone will affect the efficiency of administrative work and the image of the party in the minds of the masses.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the performance management of the members of the leading group of the Management Committee of Jiangsu Economic Development Zone and promote the overall ideological understanding and working ability of the leading group of the management committee.This paper selects the performance management of the leading group of the Management Committee of D Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu Province as the research object.Firstly,this paper investigates the current situation of the leadership performance management in D development zone;on the basis of the investigation and research,it analyzes the problems and causes of the leadership team of the Management Committee of D Development Zone in the aspect of performance management by using the new public management theory;combined with the problems and causes,it comprehensively uses the theory of objective management and PDCA cycle,from the aspects of performance plan,performance implementation,performance evaluation and performance result application And feedback four stages,put forward to increase publicity,strengthen the communication of performance plan,set up a comprehensive performance index system and weight,establish a dynamic monitoring mechanism,build a government performance information management system,strengthen social supervision,reasonably fulfill the performance management reward and implement the tracking feedback mechanism and normalized application and other specific countermeasures,and reconstruct the leadership of the Management Committee of Jiangsu D development zone Performance management system.This paper attempts to improve the low efficiency of the performance management of the leading group of the Management Committee of Jiangsu Economic Development Zone through specific system reform,and provides a reference case for improving the performance management level of the leading group of the Management Committee of Jiangsu Economic Development Zone.
