No privacy at all? APP collects personal information as the first step in the information processing link,and effective administrative regulations on it will help reduce the risks faced by personal information security from the source.This article uses the current phenomenon of APP to collect personal information in violation of regulations as the research background and analyzes APP collects personal information in the law and practice,and proposes the path of administrative regulations to protect the safety of personal information in our country.First,the introduction discusses the background and significance of the topic selected in this article,and at the same time sorts out the current research status of personal information protection at home and abroad.Secondly,the core concepts and research objects involved in this article are introduced.Secondly,it enumerates the content of personal information in different levels of laws and regulations,expounding the basic collection principles established in the current collection of personal information in my country.Then,it analyzes the current situation and characteristics of personal information collected by APP in our country,and summarizes the inadequacy of laws and regulations for personal information collected by APP and the main problems in practice from the legal and practical perspectives.Finally,in response to the above issues,suggestions on the path of administrative regulations are proposed to improve the administrative legislation of personal information in my country;the administrative supervision department can standardize privacy policies,unified supervision and strengthen APP dynamic supervision;strengthen the review responsibility of the application store platform;advocate the supervisory authority Guide the establishment of industry self-discipline and use administrative guidance to improve users’ information security awareness.
