Research On Our Country’s Rural Minimum Living Guarantee System From The Perspective Of Administrative Law

There is no end to the protection and improvement of people’s livelihood,there is only a continuous new starting point.As an important way to protect and improve people’s livelihood,the minimum living guarantee system has played an extremely important role in this process.Especially in the vast rural areas of our country,the in-depth development of reform and opening up and the vigorous implementation of various policies and related systems that benefit the "three rural" policies have led to continuous innovations in the life of rural residents,and continuous improvement in basic material living standards,and the party is being built.On the occasion of the 100 th anniversary,the grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects has been achieved as scheduled,and the people’s livelihood improvement workstation in the rural area of our country is at a new starting point.But at the same time,due to our country’s large rural area,large population,and complex affairs,there are still a series of contradictions and problems that need to be resolved in the actual implementation of the rural minimum living security system.Therefore,standing at a new starting point for safeguarding and improving people’s livelihood,thoroughly analyzing issues related to the rural minimum living security system from the perspective of administrative law and promptly proposing relevant improvement measures,on the one hand,will help our country to further improve after building a well-off society in an all-round way.The living standards of rural residents will be deeply promoted to improve rural people’s livelihoods,thereby comprehensively promoting rural revitalization;on the other hand,it is not only of great significance to improving the rural minimum living security system in our country,but also to improving our country’s administrative payment system,thereby promoting our country’s social assistance the system also has extremely important significance.From the perspective of administrative law,this article starts from the research background,research significance,research status of the rural minimum living security system,and the research methods,innovations and deficiencies of this thesis,and discusses the basic concepts,content,and history of the rural minimum living security system.The history and current situation are explored and analyzed,and based on this,we have conducted more thorough investigations on issues that have emerged in the field of China’s rural minimum living security system,including "illegal protection",imperfect payment procedures,lack of supervision mechanisms,and rights relief,research and analysis.At the same time,it discusses and analysis the subsistence allowance system of relevant countries outside the region,and reviews its merits.Finally,through scientific and meticulous combing,exploration and analysis,in view of the problems in the field of our country’s rural minimum living security system,combined with the current situation of the system’s operation and the objective background of our country’s overall promotion of rural revitalization,it proposes such as standardization procedures and simplified payment procedures,improvement of supervision mechanisms,and standardization of relief procedures.
