As the number of court cases across the country has risen sharply,the pressure on the management of judges is increasing.The development needs of the reform of the judicial system,the contradiction between people’s judicial expectations and relatively limited judicial resources is increasingly important,which has seriously affected the continuous deepening of the development of the reform of the judicial system in my country.Therefore,based on the actual results of judges’ performance management evaluation,how to adopt more effective management methods and effective measures to carry out comprehensive,scientific and appropriate judges’ performance management evaluation,and further effectively strengthen judges’ case performance management has gradually become the current court trial An important theoretical topic of theoretical research on performance management.This article uses the basic method of combining case studies and theoretical research,supplemented by questionnaire surveys and interviews in the research,from the court’s performance appraisal management objects,performance appraisal management procedures,performance appraisal management content,performance appraisal management indicators and judges’ performance appraisal The actual application of management results and other perspectives have deeply analyzed the current performance appraisal management status of judges in the GS District People’s Court of SZ City,and pointed out that there are incorrect positioning of key indicators,unscientific design of the indicator system,and imperfect design in the performance management of court judges.In addition,we will conduct in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems in terms of insufficient attention from management,inconsistent performance appraisal and organizational strategic goals,and lack of professional talents.Then,on this basis,optimize the design of the performance appraisal system for judges of the GS District People’s Court of SZ City.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal optimization program,this article also points out that the guarantee system should be improved,the feedback of the performance appraisal results,and the application of the appraisal results should be strengthened.Judging from the research in this article,the significance of the research in this article is that it can not only lay a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent further research,but also solve the problems in the performance appraisal management of judges in the GS District People’s Court of SZ City and improve the performance of court judges.Assess the management level,so as to further achieve the goal of improving the efficiency of court handling of cases.
