This paper will carry out empirical research based on the police job satisfaction of JINAN City Public Security Bureau,and then based on the Minnesota job satisfaction table,combined with expectation theory,hierarchy theory and two factor theory,to formulate the police job satisfaction questionnaire of JINAN City Public Security Bureau.In order to ensure the scientificity and comprehensiveness of the research,this paper will use the methods of questionnaire survey,job interview,and literature review to conduct field research.In the process of investigation,we will also combine the daily experience and the real feelings during the period of office to complete the job satisfaction survey of the police in JINAN city.In this paper,the job satisfaction survey mainly starts from the following factors: daily work content,wages and benefits,social evaluation,personal development,work relationship,etc.Only when problems are found can we solve them well.A total of 323 questionnaires were sent out and 307 questionnaires were returned,including 300 valid questionnaires.The questionnaire is based on the above five factors as the center,a total of 23 topics.The questionnaire mainly provides practical basis and data support for the investigation of police job satisfaction of JINAN City Public Security Bureau.Through the analysis of the survey results,we can see that the two biggest factors that affect the job satisfaction of the police in JINAN city are "too heavy work pressure" and "low wages and benefits".The main reasons for these two factors are the excessive amount of non police activities and the low rate of return.In view of this situation,JINAN City Public Security Bureau should reduce the number of non police activities and provide welfare to local police.Through the investigation,it is found that the police of JINAN Public Security Bureau consider the problems from the reality,and put forward the opinions to the point,which can be helpful for the relevant departments to make relevant decisions and provide reference opinions. |
