| Public security police of jail management shoulders the important mission of maintaining the safety and social stability of the institution,and undertakes a number of tasks such as education and correction,contradiction resolution,deep excavation of Criminal clue and so on.The scientific and effective prevention of the job burnout of Public security police jail management is of great significance for improving the work efficiency of police jail management and strengthening the public security jail management,and it is an important condition for ensuring that public security jail management can be carried out smoothly,also about the long-term stability of society.This study takes the public security jail management of Z city municipal regulatory agency as an example,based on consulting domestic and international literature on job burnout to clarify the development status,research status and influencing factors of job burnout,One-on-one interviews with eight policemen of the public security jail management of Z city municipal regulatory agency,and the MBI-GS scale was revised based on this.The revised MBI-GS scale and the police’s personal basic information questionnaire and police’s job burnout related information questionnaire constituted a questionnaire.The questionnaire survey was carried out by random sampling of 200 policemen of the public security jail management of Z city municipal regulatory agency.SPSS software was used to conduct correlation analysis and description of the burnout-related information of policemen of the public security jail management of Z city municipal regulatory agency collected through the questionnaire Analysis,internal consistency analysis,independent sample T test,one-way analysis of variance.It has been found through research that the overall job burnout status of the police in the public security jail management of Z city municipal regulatory agency is at a moderate level.Among them,the burnout level is highest in the emotional exhaustion dimension,followed by the low sense of achievement dimension,and the lowest in the depersonalization dimension.Second,there is a significant difference in the level of occupational burnout of the police in the public security jail management of Z city municipal regulatory agency in terms of demographic variables such as marital status,position,frequency of contact with management objects and staying up late.Third,there is a significant correlation between individual factors(personal health status,family life impact,occupation expectations and occupation status)and the job burnout of the police in the public security jail management of Z city municipal regulatory agency.Fourth,there is a significant correlation between organizational factors(professional accomplishment,occupational pressure,negative stimuli,career development,and welfare treatment)and the job burnout of the police in the public security jail management of Z city municipal regulatory agency.Fifth,there is a significant correlation between institutional factors(assessment and evaluation mechanism,training rotation opportunities,rights protection level)and the job burnout of the police in the public security jail management of Z city municipal regulatory agency.Sixth,there is a significant correlation between social factors(social support,social trust)and the job burnout of the police in the public security jail management of Z city municipal regulatory agency.In view of the above influencing factors,suggestions on the prevention and control of job burnout of of the public security police of jail management are put forward from the perspective of differences in demographic variables and individual,organizational,institutional,and social levels.The countermeasures based on the differences in demographic variables include: carrying out assistance for the marriage problem of the police,improving the selection and appointment mechanism of the police,and scientific ally optimizing the service operation mode;The individual level includes: enhancing self-health management,enriching amateur cultural life,and strengthening individual self-regulation;The organizational level includes: strengthening the construction of public security jail management culture,improving the health protection level of the police,improving the working environment of the public security jail places,trial the public security police of jail management employee assistance program(EAP),strengthening the career management of the police,and strengthening the professional security of the public security jail management;the system level includes: optimizing the comprehensive performance evaluation mechanism for work performance,exploring a targeted normalized education and training mechanism,building a cross-site and cross-policy rotation communication mechanism,improving the standardized management mechanism for public security jail management and law enforcement,and establishing a public security jail management police to perform duties and responsibilities according to law Mechanism,strengthening public security jail management public opinion disposal mechanism;the social level includes: building a benign and harmonious relationship between the police and the public,and enhancing the social awareness of public security jail
