Research On Performance Evaluation Of Social Relief Work Of Jining City Government In Shandong Province

The social assistance system is a very important part of a country ’s social security system.On the one hand,its specific role is to protect the most basic rights of survival and basic rights and interests of people in difficult lives.Harmonious Development.In the new era,China’s social development has entered a crucial period of decisive victory in building a well-off society in an all-round way,and economic and social reforms have entered the deep water zone.Therefore,since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the social assistance system implemented in China should also be adjusted profoundly as the times change.This paper takes the performance evaluation of the social assistance work of the government of Jining City,Shandong Province as the research object,comprehensively uses the related basic theories of the operation of the social assistance system and the evaluation of government work performance,and mainly uses the Delphi method,literature research method and AHP.Analyze the main contents of the social assistance work of the Jining city government,and build a performance evaluation index system of the social assistance work of the Jining city government on this basis,explore the deficiencies in the current social assistance system of Jining city,and propose to improve Jining accordingly Suggestions for improving the performance of the municipal government’s social assistance work.Finally,through research,exploration and analysis,Jining City ’s countermeasures to improve the performance of the government ’s social assistance work mainly have the aim of improving the target of social assistance,integrate and standardize the social assistance management system,strengthen the special fund management of social assistance,and establish a scientific and reasonable social assistance performance evaluation.
