Social Organizations Participate In The Performance Evaluation Study Of Family Childcare Services In Shanghai

Child care services are an important part of public services.With the implementation of the universal two-child policy and the development of social economy,family child care pressure under the age of 3 is increasing,and the demand for child care services for children under the age of 3 is increasingly strong.Social organizations participating in the provision of family childcare services play an indispensable role in building a multiform and widely participated childcare service system and actively promoting the integration of childcare services.As one of the key factors for social organizations to participate in child care services,service performance not only affects family satisfaction,but also affects the survival of their child care services.The study on its performance is of great significance to improve the quality of child care services of social organizations and the improvement of their own service ability.This paper mainly focuses on the performance evaluation of social organizations’ participation in childcare services,focusing on the determination of evaluation indicators and the calculation of the weight of indicators,aiming to design a set of scientific and reasonable indicators to evaluate the service quality of social organizations’ participation in childcare services.The main structure of the paper is as follows: firstly,through field investigation and interview,the basic situation and performance evaluation status of 8social organizations participating in family childcare services in X district of Shanghai are investigated,and the existing problems in performance evaluation are analyzed.Secondly,it analyzes the influencing factors of social organizations’ participation in the effect of childcare services,based on the selection of indicators,and the performance evaluation indicators of primary institutions.Again,AHP analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of indicators and evaluate the performance of Y social organizations participating in family childcare services in Y child care services and draw aconclusion.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures to improve the performance of social organizations’ participation in childcare services.Through the research and analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn: based on the analysis of the service status,it can be seen that the performance evaluation of social organizations participating in family childcare services in X district of Shanghai is not comprehensive,the evaluation subject is single,the evaluation is not dynamic,and the evaluation indexes is not systematic.Based on the design of the performance evaluation indexes,it can be seen that the evaluation indexes should include three dimensions: the supply of service resources,the management of nursery service and the effect of nursery service.Based on the weight calculation of the evaluation indexes,it can be seen that the weight of childcare service quality is the highest.Based on the performance evaluation results of social organizations participating in family childcare services in zone X,it can be seen that the scores of various performance indicators of social organizations participating in family childcare services in zone I are higher than those of social organizations in zone J.Based on the above research,it is concluded that multiple subjects should be involved,Scientifically defining evaluation dimensions,Weigh the demand of child care services and the supply of resources.
