Management Of Urban Public Space In The Context Of The Transformation Of Shanty Towns

Since the 1980 s,with the deepening of reform and opening up,my country’s urban economy and society have developed rapidly,the process of urbanization has been accelerating,the expansion of urban scale and the renewal of urban residential forms have been significantly accelerated,and shantytowns have become widespread.After the transformation,it decreased.Under the current conditions,how to manage the public space in urban shanty towns during and after the transformation,improve the quality of life of residents,promote residents ’ communication,activate the living atmosphere of the residential area,and satisfy the residents’ sense of security and happiness,becoming a transformation Before the shanty towns,relevant parties must think about the issues.Based on the existing research of domestic and foreign scholars,this article first explores and compares the concepts of shanty towns,public space,and publicity,and systematically summarizes the loss of social vitality and cultural inheritance in the reconstruction of shanty towns by domestic scholars.Many problems related to the governance of public space,such as lack and lack of ecological environment,provide a theoretical basis for case studies.Then,through the on-site investigation of the public space governance status of the shanty towns before the transformation of the Tengzhou City Government in the process of urbanization,especially the reconstruction of the public space of the shanty towns during the transformation process and the public space governance situation of the shanty towns after the transformation Interpretation from multiple perspectives and multiple dimensions is the dilemma and its roots of urban public space governance after the shantytown transformation,and believes that the boundaries between public and private property rights in most shantytowns in Tengzhou are blurred,and people freely occupy and compete for public space to meet their own needs;community public The amount of space is insufficient and the demand exceeds the supply.At the same time,the planning and construction of community space lacks a long-term vision,which cannot meet people’s growing demand for public space;the overall public awareness of shantytown residents is weak,and there is a significant gap in the ability and quality of all stakeholders;community public The space governance mechanism still needs to be improved and other issues,and the reasons leading to these problems have been carefully analyzed.Finally,based on the experience of urban public space governance after the domestic shantytown reconstruction,it is proposed to integrate the community resources of public space governance,protect the urban cultural heritage of public space governance,and improve the governance efficiency of public space after the shantytown reconstruction.
