| The sudden disaster will pose a great threat to the economic and personal safety of the affected areas,and whether the emergency supplies can be timely deployed to the node of the disaster demand is the top priority in the post-disaster relief work.However,in the process of emergency material dispatch,due to the shortage of materials available for dispatch,the supply node has underload failure,which brings panic to the people and even leads to large-scale panic buying of materials.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the cascade failure of the emergency material dispatching network and the influence of individual panic emotion on the material demand.This paper mainly explores the emergency rescue problems from two aspects of material underloading and individual panic.The specific contents are as follows:(1)The under-load cascade failure phenomenon of emergency material dispatching network is studied.First of all,considering the underload situation of supply point,combining with the complex network theory,the cascading fault problem in the emergency material scheduling process is studied and its mathematical model is established.Secondly,by comparing with other network structures,the effectiveness of the model under the emergency material dispatching network is verified.Finally,the effects of key parameters including underload coefficient,load weight control parameters,connection strength adjustment parameters,and adjustable tolerance in the model on underload outcomes were discussed,and the effect of cascading failures on network efficiency was analyzed.The simulation results show that in the emergency material dispatching network constructed in this paper,the cascading failures in the node underload state have a more stable effect on the network efficiency,and also provide a reference for the control and prevention of cascading failures in the actual network.(2)With the development of network media,once a sudden disaster occurs,its related information will usually spread and spread rapidly on the Internet,which leads to people’s increasing panic about the disaster and their increasing demand for the materials they need for life.Given the public’s own material reserve level,level of education,public access to public information ability,and the government’s emergency response strategy are the important factors that affect the public panic,this article is to sudden disasters under the influence of internal and external factors on the degree of public panic emergency rescue mechanism as the research object analysis,specific content is as follows: first,the total demand for public goods supplies the basis of definition on individual needs,and panic to the basic demand of influence coefficient,the demand for individual materials to reflect the panic.At the same time,from the perspective of the internal characteristics of individuals,the three main factors that cause panic emotion are considered,namely the degree of individual material reserve,individual education level and individual ability to obtain information,to reflect the change of panic degree.Secondly,from the perspective of the external factors that cause panic,the government’s emergency reserves and release quantity are considered to reflect the impact of the release of government supplies on the public satisfaction rate.Finally,it introduces the idea of J-A model,integrates the characteristics of public panic propagation to build an interactive model of public panic,and analyzes the influence of internal and external factors affecting public panic on public panic and material demand through simulation experiments. |
