Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Voluntary Public Welfare Student Associations In Guangzhou H University

University voluntary public welfare student associations are an important part of social organizations.How to effectively manage and serve such organizations is an important part of public management research.In recent years,University voluntary public welfare student associations actively participate in social public welfare activities,actively serve the society,serve the region,and make great contributions to the development of society.The voluntary public welfare student organizations in Colleges and universities are particularly prominent in participating in social public services.They can make up for the lack of government and market in public affairs and provide public products for the society.These college students’ organizations have played a great role in expanding the supply of public services,improving the level of social governance,coordinating social relations and integrating social resources.From the "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Work of College Students’ Associations" jointly issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Ministry of education in January 2005 to the "Interim Measures for the Management of College Students’ Associations" jointly issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League,the Ministry of education and the China Federation of students in January 2016,it fully shows the importance of the state to the management of College Students’ associations.As a new mechanism and new mode,independent college has its new characteristics and existing problems.As an important part of social organizations,voluntary public welfare student organizations in independent colleges play an important role in the supply of social public services.This paper takes Guangzhou H University volunteer community as a typical case to conduct related analytical research.The research study of this paper adopts research methods such as literatures consulting,questionnaire survey,person interview,case study and so on.Firstly,based on the definition of the concept and the review of the research on the current situation of the development of voluntary public welfare student associations in colleges and universities at home and abroad,this paper makes a brief introduction,then through the research on the current situation and problems of the development of the Guangzhou H University voluntary public welfare student associations,finds out the reasons,and puts forward the countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of voluntary public welfare student associations in Independent Colleges in combination with the public product theory of public economics,This paper also provides relevant theoretical basis and practical guidance to promote the sustainable development of voluntary public welfare student associations in similar colleges and universities in China.
