It is strategic decision-making selected graduate students to serve as a grass-roots level. But the job performance is low and driving efficiency is not obvious. The majority of existing research only focuses on the contribution that organization or individual unilateral input to output, and the interaction principle is rarely be involved. According to social exchange theory, as college student village officer employed by the government, the job performance should be affected more by the support from organizations.Here based on the social exchange theory in public organizational behavior, we researched the interaction between Perceived Organizational Support and job performance. We also considered organizational commitment variable. According to the survey results,We found that Perceived Organizational Support was significantly correlated with and affect job performance, organizational commitment play intermediary role between them. The fair procedures, support from leader, affective commitment, and continuance commitment affect job performance most. And the lack of legal recognition, lack standardized personnel management procedures, the shortage of operating funds, instability professional development of college students is the reason that leads to lower grades in these dimensions. The different personal attributes caused the difference, too.Based on the conclusion of the study, here gives suggestions on the policy that will provide assistance and support to students village officials work.
