Research On The Re-socialization Of Female Community Correction Criminals

Community correction refers to the non-custodial correction penalty for the object who is sentenced to control,probation,parole and temporary execution outside prison.Community correction system originated in the west,the original intention of its implementation is to ease the pressure of Prison Criminals,through the intervention and help of social forces,to promote the rehabilitation of criminals and achieve the purpose of returning to society.Depending on the nature of community correction of non custodial penalty,criminals can speed up the correction process with the help of government,community and caring people in a relatively free environment,better adapt to the social atmosphere and realize their own re socialization.Since 2003,our country has carried out the pilot work of community correction,which has been extended to the whole country.Before the beginning of the community correction pilot,here were small public opinion and little attention focusing on the four kinds of criminals who were sentenced to control,probation,parole and temporary execution outside prison,because of the small harm to the society.But since the implementation of the community correction,the four kinds of criminals have been educated and corrected in the community,among which the difficulties and problems have become more and more prominent,and have been widely concerned by the society.The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Community Correction was formally implemented on July 1,2020,which even opened a separate chapter to give special attention to minor community correction objects.However,whether it is the practice of community correction or theoretical research,the special group of female community correction object needs to be deepened,which provides an opportunity for the re-socialization of this special group.This paper focuses on the female community correction personnel,in order to achieve their re socialization as the research purpose,in-depth discussion of the situation and shortcomings of community correction work,and put forward reasonable suggestions.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,by exploring the theoretical basis of community correction,this paper analyzes the particularity of female community correction object and the difficulties and reasons of its re-socialization,and concludes the necessity and necessity of re socialization of female community correction object.Secondly,through the investigation on the situation of women’s community correction work in H district of W city,it is concluded that there are still some problems in this special group,such as insufficient distinction of education correction and insufficient employment support.Finally,this phenomenon is deeply analyzed and discussed,and the reasons for the current institutional mechanism and the lack of work in the work of female community correction are found out,and then some suggestions are put forward to speed up the construction of professional team,attract the participation of social forces,promote the way of government purchase of services and strengthen the investment of government funds.In addition,from the way to optimize the work,adhere to the social correction personnel re-socialization as a result-oriented,through the development of multi-level educational activities,strengthen active intervention correction and other further improve the pertinence of the work.
