| With the continuous development of society and economy,the needs of residents are diversified,and the social conflicts become complex and diverse.Innovation of social governance is an effective way to solve this problem.As the basic unit of social governance,community governance level is related to the vital interests of residents and the harmony of urban and rural grassroots.Social work is a group with professional service ability,whose professional concept is consistent with the concept of social governance,which can play an important role in the grass-roots social governance.In this process,it is very important for social workers to play their own role and play their role.The difficulties faced by social workers also need to be solved,otherwise the service effect will be affected.This study takes the social workers in the party masses Service Center of X community in Zhengzhou as the research object,and takes the residents’ mutual aid group as the case.From the perspective of role theory and governance theory,this study adopts the methods of observation,interview and case study to study the participation of social workers in social governance.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of social work participating in the governance of X community,the role it plays in the process,and the effect it can play.It is believed that x community has established a pluralistic co governance situation with grass-roots party organizations as the core and social workers and other participants.In this process,social workers play a variety of roles.In the process of playing these roles,they can maintain community interests and resolve community conflicts.This paper also discusses the difficulties faced by social workers when they are involved in governance,such as the low enthusiasm of residents to participate in governance,the inability to reflect the professional characteristics of social work,the lack of authority to mobilize resources,and the lack of autonomy.The reasons for these dilemmas are various,which are mainly caused by imperfect policies,inadequate publicity,and no change of administrative ideas in some grass-roots communities.Based on the theoretical study and practical experience,this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the dilemma faced by social workers,hoping that in the case of the continuous strengthening of social workers’ professional ability and the deepening of their involvement in social governance,all sectors of society can fully recognize the advantages of social workers and make social workers play an increasingly important role in social governance. |
