The township civil servant is the most basic group in our country civil servant troop。They are also one of biggest troop.They are grass-roots service providers who are directly oriented to the broad masses of the people.Their work ability reflects the ability level of local governments directly.Their work performance affects the government’s performance level directly and their image relates to the image of the Party and the government in the minds of the masses.The improvement of individual performance of civil servants is the basis of the improvement of the whole performance of the government.A set of scientific and effective performance appraisal system is an necessary condition to improve the work level of township civil servants and to promote the better and faster development of township.Taking the town of F as an example,starting from the current performance appraisal system of the civil servants in F town,and taking the optimization of the performance appraisal system of the civil servants in F town as the starting point,this paper understands the present situation of the performance appraisal of the government in F town,This paper analyzes the problems in the performance appraisal system of the civil servants in F town by using the methods of questionnaire and interview,and analyzes the reasons behind the problems.In view of the deficiencies such as the inadequate application of the assessment results,the unreasonable setting of the assessment indicators and the unscientific assessment methods,this paper puts forward an optimized scheme for the performance assessment system of the civil servants in the town of F,taking into account the government’s own situation。At the same time,it provides safeguard measures for the effective operation of the appraisal system and provides solid backing for the construction of the performance appraisal system of civil servants from four aspects of thought,organization,system and propaganda.
