| As an important economic management and law enforcement department,tax authorities shoulder important social governance responsibilities.In order to meet the needs of tax work in the new era and really do a good job in tax work,we must comprehensively improve the professional ability and overall quality of tax cadres.Education and training is an important measure and fundamental way to strengthen the ability construction of tax cadres and improve their quality.Continuous improvement of tax system education and training can promote the work level of tax cadres to a new level,improve the credibility,execution and cohesion of tax authorities,and increase the satisfaction of taxpayers,payers and the public to tax departments.In recent years,the tax authorities represented by the tax system of Y city actively carry out education and training,and have made remarkable achievements in tamping the theoretical knowledge and working skills of tax cadres and improving the comprehensive quality and overall image of the cadre team.However,we can still clearly find some problems and deficiencies in the current tax system education and training,which also seriously restricts the development of the tax system The tax system will further improve the quality and efficiency of education and training in the future.This paper takes several times of education and training of tax system in Y City as the research content,takes Kirschner’s four level training evaluation model as the theoretical basis,establishes the education and training evaluation index system of tax system in Y City,and deeply analyzes the training effect from four levels: reaction level,learning level,behavior level and performance level.The results show that the overall satisfaction of training is not ideal,the knowledge acquisition of trained cadres is not comprehensive,the behavior change of cadres after training is not lasting,and the effect of business training is not obvious.Through the specific analysis of the current situation and problems,the paper draws a conclusion: in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the tax system education and training work in Y City,the future education and training work needs to start from strengthening the design of training content,enriching the business training mode,paying attention to the analysis of training needs,promoting the transformation of training effect,improving the incentive and punishment mechanism,and establishing modern training concept This helps to improve the level of education and training of tax system in Y City. |
