Management Research On Changing Customs In Z Town,Dezhou City

In recent years,with the development of reform and opening up and socialist market economy,the traditional thoughts of villagers have been affected by diversified values,and the discourse power of socialist core values has been weakened.Although the party and the state issued guidance for changing customs and customs to correct the unhealthy trend of rural marriage and funeral affairs.But should not be ignored is that social transformation and cultural changes impact the villagers the cognition to the mainstream ideology and identity.In some rural areas,there is the phenomenon of alienation of local customs and folk customs,and the ostentation and extravagance of handling wedding,funeral and festive affairs are becoming more and more intense.The emotional consumption continues to rise,which aggravates the burden of villagers and seriously affects their production and life and the sustainable development of rural areas.This paper takes the appropriate marriage and funeral affairs of 74 administrative villages in Z Town of Dezhou City as the research object.First of all,Analyze the management status quo of changing customs in Z Town,and analyzes the old and bad customs existing in the current local customs.Secondly,through questionnaire survey and interview,carry out special investigation on the situation of changing customs,find out the current situation of the construction of changing customs in Z Town,identify the problems existing in the process of the management of changing customs,and analyze the reasons.Again,adhere to the problem-oriented put forward specific optimization program content.Finally,according to the local actual situation,the author puts forward some suggestions from four safeguard measures to alleviate the spiritual poverty and promote the transfer of customs.
