In the new era,China’s labor education is not only the fundamental task of comprehensively implementing morality and cultivating talents,but also an important means of cultivating qualified socialist builders and reliable successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,sports,beauty and labor.The thought of combining Marx’s education with productive labor is an important part of Marxist education thought,which can guide China’s labor education to better cultivate workers with professional quality,and then promote the improvement of productivity and social development.Today,when the society with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,it is of great significance to re explore Marx’s thought for the reform and development of China’s socialist labor education.After absorbing the idea of utopian socialism at that time to increase labor education in society and combining with the social reality background of bourgeois exploitation and oppression of workers at that time,Marx put forward the idea of combining education with productive labor.Marx thinks that labor is a unique social practice of human beings.Labor can not only create the material to meet the needs of life,but also form a strong spiritual force in labor.Education,as a unique social activity of human beings,should be in line with the productive labor as the essence of human beings,so as to cultivate all-round developing labor talents in line with the needs of the development of the times.Marx believed that the combination of education and productive labor is of great significance to improve social production,promote people’s all-round development and transform modern society.The development of individuals creates new productive forces for the society,and the improvement of social productive forces will provide material conditions for the complete elimination of class.Finally,people can be liberated from class labor and achieve free development.In this regard,Marx demonstrated the basic demands for the association of education and productive labor,that is,education should be combined with large-scale machine production,comprehensive technical education should be implemented,and children should participate in moderate physical labor according to age and ability.Marx’s thought of "the combination of education and productive labor" was put forward with the emergence of bourgeois revolution and industrialized production.Although the times have changed greatly,the coreeducation thought still has a very important guiding significance for China’s labor.Marx’s thought of combining education with productive labor is the theoretical foundation of labor education in China,which has its unique guiding significance for labor education of young people in China.Through the establishment of a scientific relationship between body and brain,strengthening the combination of theory and practice,improving the integration of labor education in primary and secondary schools and other measures,teenagers’ innovation ability can be cultivated and developed more comprehensively.Give full play to the educational role of labor education,so that young people can establish correct values in labor.
