"Made in China 2025" clearly pointed out that it is necessary to focus on promoting the development of the auto industry in the direction of intelligence.However,China’s administrative regulations for autonomous vehicles are not yet perfect.Firstly,it proves the necessity of implementing administrative regulations on autonomous vehicles,that is,on the one hand,it can effectively avoid the legal risks such as traffic,privacy and safety of autonomous vehicles themselves,on the other hand,it can also improve traffic efficiency and ensure the development of the industry.;Secondly,it analyzes the current specific situation of its regulation,including the legal definition of autonomous vehicles in various countries and the relevant laws and regulations promulgated by the central and local levels in China;once again found out the shortcomings in China’s current administrative regulations,which are reflected in The corresponding access system is lacking and the road testing system is not perfect;finally,in response to the current problems,perfect countermeasures are proposed.On the one hand,the road testing laws and regulations are improved,the standards and categories in the national road testing activities are unified,and the road testing activities are further clarified.The powers and responsibilities of the joint groups of provincial and municipal management bodies,simplify the application process,etc.;on the other hand,set up an access system,set up different software and hardware safety standards based on the level of auto automation,establish a supervision system,and introduce a joint supervision model of government-enterprise cooperation to standardize Follow-up vehicle safety inspections,and at the same time revise the parts of the current traffic regulations that cannot be adapted to autonomous vehicles.
