Research On The Realization Path Of Shared Development Concept

New era with comrade xi as the core of the CPC Central Committee put forward the concept of Shared development,both can meet the demand of economic rapid development of social material wealth accumulation,the new era and the development direction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and development dynamics of dialectical unification,can help us to practice guidance has policies and resolve the social principal contradiction and solve new problems,argues that shows our party and the national comprehensive sharing of socialist development targets and value orientation.The concept of Shared development demonstrates the principal position of the people,embodies fairness and justice,and at the same time,it is characterized by constant enrichment and self-renewal.It will surely stimulate the strong vitality of promoting sustained and sound economic development and the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics by the people for all.This paper traces the theoretical origin of the concept of Shared development from four aspects:Chinese traditional culture,Marxist sharing theory,Soviet Socialist model sharing thought and socialist essence theory.This paper expounds the ideological origin and concept definition of the concept of Shared development and analyzes the connotation of the concept of Shared development from the perspective of sharing the fruits of economic development.Secondly,it expounds the necessity of realizing the concept of Shared development,because the concept of Shared development is intrinsically consistent with the firm nature of socialism,which can solve the principal contradiction in society,realize social equity and justice,and guarantee the healthy development of economy.At present,profound changes in international environment,by the high speed development of economy in our country into a high quality development,residents’ income levels increased significantly,the crucial victory poverty and social security level improved steadily for transmission and realization of the concept of Shared development provides a healthy social environment,at the same time,there are inadequate unbalanced economic development,people’s livelihood fields of short board,social wealth distribution,polarization,duality contradictions and low-income urban and rural structure of intergenerational transmission problems and prevent Chinese out of poverty personnel mechanism is imperfect and so on.We will implement the concept of Shared development by coordinating regional economic development,reinforcing the weak links in people’s livelihood,strengthening macro-control of social wealth distribution,promoting the construction of a new countryside,strengthening the institutional arrangement of intergenerational transmission of poverty,and improving the systematic poverty alleviation work in the post-poverty alleviation era.To resolve the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development,meet people’s demands for a better life,and provide ideological guarantee,spiritual motivation and intellectual support for the realization of the two centenary goals.
