Analysis Of Shared Development Concent And Practice Path

Since the reform and opening up in 1978,Chinese society has continued to develop,the modernization process has continued to deepen,economic development has made tremendous progress,and people's living standards have improved significantly.However,there are also new development problems at the same time of development,and development problems continue to emerge,such as urban and rural areas and regions.Many inter-generational issues of people's livelihood have not been fully resolved.The fifth plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the five development concepts of "innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing".We must unswervingly implement the development concept of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing.The Second Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China included the concept of shared development in the Constitution.Its requirements of "development for the people,development depends on the people,and development results are shared by the people" directly relate to the breadth and fairness of income distribution,and clarify the core connotation of the shared development concept.The pursuit of the value of common prosperity,fairness and justice is the essential requirement of socialism,an inevitable choice for the realization of a comprehensive well-off society and socialist modernization,and fully embodies the advantages of China's political and socialist systems.It is the main task of this article to analyze and evaluate the obstacles faced by our country in achieving shared development,and to propose corresponding solutions.The content of the selected topic can be roughly divided into the following five parts:First,the formation of the shared development concept and analysis of what era background it was formed in and what theoretical origins it had,mainly discussed from three aspects:First,the influence of the theoretical achievements of classic large,the public service standards in urban and rural areas are different,and the political rights gap between urban and rural areas is obvious.The problems and obstacles faced in the process of regional sharing are as follows:the natural environment between regions is very different,and the economic development speed,development structure,and development scale between regions are obviously different.The obstacles faced by intergenerational sharing in the process of realization are:the implementation of intra-generational equity and the promotion of inter-generational equity,and the problem of intergenerational poverty transmission.Fourth,to realize the path of shared development,and propose solutions to the problems and obstacles facing urban-rural sharing,regional sharing,and intergenerational sharing.The main ways to achieve urban-rural shared development are:adjust the process of urbanization and industrialization,promote the overall development of cities and
