Analyze Simply On The Participation Intention And Influencing Factors Of Mutual Aid For The Aged In Chifeng

Since China enters the aging society,its degree of aging is on the rise day by day.In the meantime,the urban pension of Chifeng has the following characteristics:low rate of institutional occupancy,high home-based endowment tendency,lack of endowment funds and shortage of endowment human resources.The three traditional pension modes--family supporting 、 community supporting and pension institution supporting,are difficult to cope with the existing pension needs.More and more scholars pay attention to the new pension mode--" Mutual Aid for the Aged",and It was widely believed that " Mutual Aid for the Aged" mode has the following advantages over the previous ones:First,it can improve the social participation of the "young-aged" and healthy elderly group and increase their participation in social work;The second,It can relieve the pressure of fund and human resources in old-age care to some extent.To relieve the pressure of existing pension,multiple levels of government in Chifeng and the relevant departments are exploring diversified pension forms suitable for Chifeng city.Combined with the experience at home and abroad,the author thinks that bringing in " Mutual Aid for the Aged" in Chifeng can relieve the existing pressure of urban pension in some degree.The author takes urban residents of Chifeng city(Hongshan District,Songshan District as an example)as the investigation objects,and investigate the willingness of young people who make their parents participate in " Mutual Aid for the Aged",collect 525 valid questionnaires,and then,analyze the data with descriptive statistics,cross-table analysis and binary Logistic regression model analysis.The results show that the urban residents in Chifeng city have a hig acceptance of their parents’ participation in the "Mutual Aid for the Aged",reaching 69.1%.In addition,their willingness is affected by 6 factors,including gender,age,nature of work unit,marital status,number of children and understanding of "Mutual Aid for the Aged".Combined with the data analysis results,the author provides practical suggestions :proposed to increase publicity and raise awareness;the government guides and guarantees first;optimize policies and family support;build a platform based on research;multiparticipation,regulation of supply and demand and other suggestions In order to improve the participation of "Mutual Aid for the Aged" of Chifeng,and accomplish the aim to introduce and promote the Mutual Aid for the Aged successfully.
