Research On The Long-term Mechanism Of Urban Community Governance In China From The Perspective Of Social Capital

Abundant social capital helps to improve the level of grassroots community governance,and can effectively reduce the cost of social governance,thus playing a unique role in the construction of community governance.However,for a variety of reasons,the sustainability and effectiveness of social capital participation in grassroots community governance in China need to be improved.In this context,the community residents of Liangzhu Cultural Village in Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province,actively participated in the construction of community autonomy without administrative power management in the early stage of community construction,forming a good tradition of community autonomy,actively exploring the participation of social capital in community governance,and achieved many obvious results.Through field research,this paper analyzes the practical mechanism of Liangzhu Cultural Village community governance,including the guidance and restriction of community norms,the maintenance of community social trust and the construction of community relationship network,and then from the core elements of social capital,from the level of system construction and social participation,the construction path of long-term mechanism of urban community governance in China is proposed In order to provide some reference for the modernization of governance system and governance capacity in China.
