Research On The Long-term Mechanism Of Community Voluntary Service

The development of volunteer service marks the level of civilization in a region,community as the most basic unit of urban development,the development of volunteer service is essential to an important content.With the development of urbanization in China,the demand of volunteer service to urban residents is also increasing,china’s community volunteer work started late,the development in a short time,theoretical research,legal system,service content,organization and other content than foreign developed countries have a certain gap,it is the focus of this paper to develop urban community volunteer service,improve the long-term mechanism of community volunteer service and promote the healthy development of urban community.In this paper,taking Chen Jia Qiao community in Wu Xi as an example,combined with the relevant theories of public management,this paper uses the methods of questionnaire survey and field interview to find out that the long-term mechanism of volunteer service in the community,such as:the lack of volunteer service concept,the development of volunteer activities,the mobility of personnel and the related system to restrict the development of volunteer service.The paper mainly uses the theory of theory and the two-factor theory to analyze the problems,and draws lessons from the advanced experience of volunteer service in Britain,America and other countries,and concludes that it needs to be solved from three levels: community,neighborhood and individual Problems in the Long-term Mechanism of Community Volunteer Service.First,the community level,we should attach importance to social capital to promote the role of community volunteer service,improve the volunteer service performance evaluation and try to establish a virtuous circle of volunteer service and social feedback;the second is the neighborhood level,the establishment of mutual help neighborhood network to further enhance the community the cohesion between volunteers,the establishment of professional training system to further improve the community volunteer service;third is the individual level,to reshape the concept of community volunteer service,face the needs of individual community volunteers to help them grow and become talent.
