Research On The Reform Of "Delegate Management Service" In China

The transformation of government functions and the service of administrative examination and approval have a direct impact on the construction and development of China’s responsible government."Delegate,Management and Service" is shorthand for"streamlining administration,delegating power,strengthening regulation and improving services".To "delegate" means to streamline administration and delegate power.The purpose is to clarify the boundary and relationship between the market,society and the government."Management" means innovative supervision.The government should optimize and innovate the supervision function to provide a standard order for the operation of the market and society."Service" means to optimize service.On the basis of comprehensively deepening the reform of "delegate" and"management",we should build a service-oriented government.Internally,it is necessary to reform the traditional administrative system and enhance the scientific level of government governance ability.Externally,it is necessary to improve administrative service efficiency,establish convenient and efficient service chain,and constantly adapt to the development requirements of socialist market economy.At present,the reform of " Delegate,Management and Service " still needs to be further promoted.For example,the management boundaries for government functions are still unclear in China.The service for the people still needs to be updated.Therefore,the construction of China’s responsible government also urgently requires the government to implement the reform of "Delegate,Management and Service ".This paper analyzes the development history,development status,achievements and existing problems of the reform of "Delegate,Management and Service ",and puts forward some suggestions to further improve the reform from the perspective of reality and future development.
