| The construction of ecological and livable "beautiful countryside" is an important action and way to comprehensively implement the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on building a beautiful China,and an inevitable requirement to promote the new urbanization,the construction of new socialist countryside and the construction of ecological civilization.In recent years,social workers have accumulated some theoretical and practical experience in the practice of rural construction and rural governance,but at present,the research on social work intervention in the construction of "beautiful countryside" mostly stays in the macro necessity,feasibility and implementation path,There are few researches on the participation of villagers in the construction of ecological and livable "beautiful countryside" involving social work,and the service form is relatively single.Therefore,from the perspective of social work,it is necessary to carry out theoretical and practical research on the problems that affect the participation of villagers in the current rural ecological livable construction.Combined with the working experience in L town government,the author takes x village of L town as the main research object of this paper.By means of participation observation,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper investigates the construction of ecological livable "beautiful village" and villagers’ participation in X village,summarizes the reasons for villagers’ low participation in environmental protection,analyzes the needs according to the problems,and demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of social work intervention in ecological livable "beautiful village".Secondly,the group and community work methods were adopted to carry out the practice,which further improved the incentive system,expanded the scope of publicity,enhanced the village cadres’ awareness of environmental responsibility,and promoted the participation of the whole people in the construction.Finally,the problems exposed in the process of social work intervention in the construction of ecological and livable "beautiful countryside" are studied and reflected,and the suggestions for the long-term development of rural social work in rural areas are put forward. |
