| In the context of vigorously promoting social governance innovation in China,detailed research on social work’s involvement in the refinement of social governance has become an important part of realizing the modernization of social governance system and governance capacity.Social governance idea has been transformed,as a result,social work,as a grassroots field,has been increasingly valued,and the institutional,economic and social mechanisms of social governance has been constantly improved.Therefore,this provides an effective path for social work to get involved in the refinement of system design,service supply and interaction of multiple subjects in social governance.The transformation from social management to social governance,the evolution from single center to multiple subjects,and the transformation from closed and conservative to open and innovative ideas provide the development platform and the guarantee of progress space for social work to get involved in the refinement of social governance.To some extent,social work and social governance refinement is fit to a certain extent,social work insist on respect for human development,the concept of "helping people to help themselves",through scientific methods and techniques,professional work.Social governance links resources from all aspects to solve problems for service objects,so as to improve their ability to solve problems and adapt to society.The refinement of social governance emphasizes the diversification of governance subjects,the refinement of service supply and the refinement of governance system,and the continuous innovation of governance modes and carriers.From this point of view,social work and social governance refinement have many similarities in value pursuit,methods and efforts,etc.,and the role of social work in realizing social governance refinement cannot be ignored.From social system theory perspective,on the basis of professional theory,local situation and theoretical framework of social work’s involvement in the refinement of social governance,using the method of literature,comparative research and Interview method,a comparative analysis of the practical cases of Xingfu City,Dongguan City and Nanjing City was carried out to explore refined ways for social work to get involved in social governance.This paper mainly focuses on the following parts: the introduction is the first part,it introduces the research background and significance,research objects and methods,literature review,concept definition and the theoretical basis of the application.The second part mainly introduces the local situation of social work’s involvement in social governance.In the third part,comparative analysis is made on the three practical cases of Xingfu City,Heng Lizhen Town of Dongguan City and Yuhuatai District of Nanjing City.It is found that the three regions attach different importance to the refinement of social work involvement in social governance,and their practical results are also different to some extent.In Xingfu City,social work services are mainly purchased by the government,but the system design and the refinement of multi-subject interaction are ignored,and the practical effect is not good.After years of development,the social work started in "grass-roots" style in Heng Lizhen,Dongguan City can effectively interact with the government,social organizations and other civil organizations according to relevant policies and systems.At the beginning of social work involvement in social governance in Yuhuatai District,Nanjing City,there were government policies,financial support and social work organizations with strong capabilities,which effectively promoted the involvement of local social work in the refinement of social governance.In the fourth part,through the analysis and summary of the foregoing,the author puts forward the refined path of social work’s involvement in social governance: the institutionalized path of direct participation,the specialized path of guided participation and the socialized path of collaborative participation.The last part is summary and reflection. |
