Research On The Involvement Of Youth Social Organizations In Grass-roots Social Governance

In the context of social governance innovation,it is the inevitable trend of social development for the social organizations to involve in social governance,which has become the consensus of the academic circle and governments.In recent years,youth social organizations have been springing up constantly by virtue of the energetic support of Chinese governments and the sound policy environment.Youth social organizations are the most vigorous factor in social organizations,and their involvement in social governance can make up for the insufficiency of governments,promote political and social interaction and boost social harmony.Thus,they have become the backbone force of advancing the innovation of social governance.It is proposed in the report of the 19^thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China that a perfect social governance system should be established,which provides a good opportunity for youth social organizations to involve in governance activities and achieve innovative development.Therefore,how to give play to the dominant role of youth social organizations and drive them to involve in grass-roots social governance effectively has become an issue that the party and government departments,especially the youth organizations like the Communist Youth League,need to explore.In this paper,a comprehensive analysis is carried out on the research results about domestic and foreign youth social organizations involving in social governance,clarifying the significance for youth social organizations to involve in social governance in the context of the modernization of national governance system in China.With the youth social organizations in Tianning district,Changzhou city as samples,detailed data at the grassroots level are used to conduct in-depth research on the current development status,existing problems and causes of youth social organizations by means of questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis methods,and it puts forward the"internal repair"strategy of the youth social organizations,the"outreach"strategy the governments adopt to promote the development of youth social organizations and the"co-governance strategy"with social public involvement from three dimensions of youth social organizations themselves,governments and social environment so as to ensure the youth social organizations can involve in the governance activities smoothly and provide effective guidance for our country to construct a perfect,high-quality and efficient governance system.
